Wa'kas Hall Booking Policy

Hall booking policy in effect:
- Bookings may be made up to two weeks in advance, no earlier.
- For special events, such as dinners or tournaments, bookings may be made earlier, but must be confirmed two weeks prior to the event.
- When you make a booking you must leave your phone number.
- Last-minute special events, like funerals, comfort services, etc. may take precedence over sports practices, bingo, etc. but the organizer of the special event must get in touch, with a reasonable amount of notice, with whoever has the booking to discuss it with them.

We are going to try to move towards booking hall time by team instead of individual (so that multiple people from the same team can't take up all of the spots)

We are also going to try and bring back hall time for the kids, with supervision, we just need volunteer coordinators/chaperones.
